Shantoya Bennett is the CEO and founder of Redroses Home Care Agency. Her slogan is “Together we make a difference” and she truly stand behind that. Before starting her own business endeavor, she humbly worked as a cashier at Walmart, Home Health Aid to CNA then on to becoming the owner of Redroses Home Care Agency in 2020.
My journey into home care begins with a deep-seated passion for helping others and a desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the elderly and disabled.
After witnessing firsthand the challenges that many seniors face in finding compassionate, reliable care, I decided to establish my own home care agency. My goal was simple: to provide high-quality, personalized care that would allow seniors to live comfortably and independently in their own homes.
As the owner of my home care agency, my mission is to create a warm, supportive environment where every senior feels respected and valued.
